• Ensure regional and hotel alignment and participation in divisional brand marketing initiatives & campaigns - develop region specific marketing plans to support core brand themes, passions and partnerships. Liaise with PR to ensure brand campaigns / initiatives gain media coverage and are relevant to key feeder markets within region.
• Champion brand activation in all hotels - Deliver brand immersions to all newly appointed General Managers - monitor activity levels, share best practices and improve performance of under performers. Target - xxx
• Drive the creation of a brand relevant, property specific positioning strategy for new opening / re-opening hotels and lead the sales & marketing effort, until property specific DOSMs are in place. Liaise with divisional and regional PR team to ensure opening communication plan incorporates impactful and measureable PR activities into overall marketing plan.
• Ensure all new hotels open on brand - from an identity and a guest experience perspective.
• Ensure all hotels comply with brand identity & photography standards (maximum 75% score) and implement & monitor action plans for off brand hotels to meet the required compliance levels.
