100% Chardonnay of the finest vineyards in the Côte d’Or. At Tollot-Beaut they work in a traditional way with big respect for the environment. Everything is focused on quality. The yields are quite low because the selection of grapes that can be used for this wine is very strict. Before the bottling, the maturation takes place on traditional French oak barrels. They guarantee top-quality wines.

The maintenance of the soil in a sustainable manner in combination with a long-term maturation in oak barrels ensure that this wine has got high quality juicy notes.
