Hotel Des Indes The Hague introduces Roel Gilissen as the hotel’s Executive Chef. He brings over 22 years of professional experience from various prestigious restaurants such as the ‘De Hoefslag’ in Bosch en Duin, which was awarded with a Michelin star. Over his 22 year long career as head Chef he has created his own signature dishes, such as a delicious truffle risotto.
Roel will use his extensive experience for our fine dining and Des Indes Lounge menu. He will make use of special herbs that will reflect on the Indonesian roots of Hotel Des Indes with a modern twist.
